Ram Racing found its way into the pages of the brand new publication from NSCA with a complete review of the Naturally Aspirated Shootout from Cecil County Dragway. With over 1,600 words in print and 6 race photographs, the team at RPM Street Shootout Magazine, found that the race was worth a good two pages of coverage. Rich Maitre had gone and got himself published. This was the first in print article other than what Rich had written himself for the magazine with his own column about Ram Racings tips and tricks for head work. This all came from the success of the previous race held at Maple Grove Raceway that was to be the start of things to come for Rich and his racing endeavors. His niche in the community of "Heads Up" style racing is very large. The racers that run in these events have proven themselves to be true warriors of the sport. All motor racing at some of the best hooking tracks was more than enough to catch the eyes of the sponsors and press. Plans are on the way to bring more of these races on a regular basis. Track promoters around the country have their eyes peeled for Rich to walk through the door and offer up another race series that anyone without power adders can run in. This article and publication is truly a standard that has been set for the media to explode upon.

Fastest Street Car Magazine found even more space to include Rich Maitre's series in a short but informative article in their pages. Running on a short deadline it was enough to know that the series was once again in the media spotlight. This form of racing is appealing to many racers that want to see what can be done on nothing but motor. As many are finding out they can run with the pack and put on shows for the fans that rival even the best racing genre's.

Your Way Network Not only was press at the races but the man himself Jimmy Biggs of "Holeshot TV" video taping the Naturally Aspirated Shootout for an upcoming Television spot on his own program. Jimmy Biggs is well know throughout the area as a real nice guy and producer with flair. The event will just be a primer for much bigger things (no pun intended), here's a shot of the two together while being interviewed after a great day of racing, friends, and food provided by the team of Ram Racing.  Check out the videos from the 2005 and 6 race seasons on the NA Shootout TV page!
